In a money man economy, companies produce goods and services to meet the demand of consumers. Companies may sell these products directly to consumers or use middlemen (retailers) to sell the products.

The role of government under a capitalist economy is primarily regulatory and protective. Government under a money man economy mainly protects private property rights by removing hurdle to business growth and economic expansion. In addition, the government under a money man economy primarily performs official functions such as final tariffs for foreign trade and creating laws for internal economic activity within the country. Under a money man economy, the government maintains law and order in an economically functional nation during economically applicable economic times.
